This website is operated by Alexis de Ducla International LLP, G-146, Sector 44, Noida 201301, Uttar Pradesh, India. Courtin is a brand of Alexis de Ducla International LLP.

Products. Each Courtin piece is woven by hand; slight variations in colour, texture and dimensions are part of the craft and are not defects. The photographs on this website are photographs of the actual pieces.

Prices and payment. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST and delivery within India. Payment is made in full when the order is placed.

Orders. An order is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation is sent. We may decline an order, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping policy and Refund policy.

Intellectual property. All designs, weaves, photographs and texts on this website belong to Courtin and Alexis de Ducla International LLP and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, India
