The Warp and Weft of the Wall

Crafting Quiet Luxury

At traditional handlooms, working alongside Indian craftspeople whose knowledge spans generations, designer Cedric Courtin coaxes leather, textile, natural fibre, and paper yarn into intricate weaves. They move like fabric, breathe like textile, yet retain an eternal quality.

The weave ushers a quiet luxury into the home, and becomes the wrapping around the lives within.

A Savoir-Faire for the Home

For 20 years, Cedric Courtin created haute couture accessories for some of France's leading fashion houses. Miles away in Pondicherry, he and Alexis de Ducla would later bring that same savoir-faire to a new discipline: interior design.

A Haute House

Courtin’s weaves settle easily into any space. They become lightness on walls, doors, screens, and upholstery. A material that bears witness to daily life, and grows more beautiful with time.  This is home couture—luxury meeting longevity.
