Terms and Conditions / FAQs
1. Material & Craft
Each cushion is developed through hand-weaving in leather and blended fibres. Variations in tone, weave, and texture are inherent to the process and form part of the character of the piece.
2. Orders & Lead Time
All cushions are made with care, and production timelines may vary depending on availability and customisation. Order confirmation and timelines are shared upon enquiry.
3. Care & Use
Leather responds to its environment. We recommend avoiding direct sunlight, moisture, and prolonged humidity. Regular care with a soft, dry cloth is advised, with professional leather care for deeper maintenance.
4. Returns & Customisation
Due to the handcrafted and often made-to-order nature of the cushions, returns and exchanges are not standard. Customised pieces are final and cannot be returned.
